Import and Export Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Import and Export Coordinator to join our team at Quality Service Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and information between suppliers and internal clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Coordination: Ensure all information and data processing requirements are delivered accurately and in a timely manner, respecting deadlines and data integrity.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate, monitor, and resolve discrepancies between product and supplier master data using various in-house systems.
- Order Processing: Correct errors within orders received and process all orders in compliance with customs laws and regulations.
- Supplier Management: Analyze supplier performance and manage communication with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a team environment and take responsibility for managing your own work.
- Problem-Solving: Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve issues and improve processes.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum secondary school GCSE level education, grades A-C.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft packages.
