Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Service Administrator to provide exceptional support to our team and suppliers. The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative duties, including data entry, reporting, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Management: Utilize the 1link platform for authorization, reporting, and recharging of vehicle repairs.
  • Charge Capture: Capture all out-of-home (OOH) callout charges and ensure accurate recording.
  • Parts Procurement: Obtain and provide parts quotes for Inizio vehicles and compile repair invoices.
  • Invoice Processing: Input parts invoices onto Inizio's IT system and create invoices for repairs carried out by Inizio's in-house mechanics.
  • Vehicle Monitoring: Monitor vehicle downtime through the 1link and company systems.
  • Claims Management: Submit loss of use claims to vehicle manufacturers.
  • Technical Proficiency: Be proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience with fleet administration and technical services is highly desirable.
