Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Import and Export Coordinator to join our team at Quality Service Recruitment. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our import and export processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Coordination: Act as a direct point of contact for suppliers and internal clients, ensuring all operational requirements are met accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate, monitor, and resolve discrepancies between product and supplier master data using various in-house systems.
  • Order Processing: Correct errors within orders received and process all orders in compliance with customs laws and regulations.
  • Supplier Management: Analyze supplier performance and manage communication with suppliers to ensure seamless operations.

  • Problem-Solving: Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve issues and improve processes.
Requirements:
