- Monitor production objectives and compile action plans to achieve targets.
- Utilise SAP systems for tracking production metrics and reporting on performance outcomes.
- Extensive experience in a production management role within a fast-paced and complex environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of GMP standards within the area of operation.
- Demonstrated expertise in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving operational goals.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
