We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Archives Management Specialist to join our Collections Development Team at Lincolnshire County Council's Culture Service. With a competitive salary of £30,296 - £33,024 (Officer) or £33,024 - £36,648 (Senior Officer), this is an excellent opportunity for you to contribute to showcasing Lincolnshire's rich heritage to the world.

This role involves implementing collections management, development, care, and access for our substantial archive collection. You will work predominantly at Lincolnshire Archives with opportunities to collaborate across our unique portfolio of sites and collections. A postgraduate qualification in Archives & Records Management and previous experience working with archive collections are essential requirements.

The successful candidate will have exceptional problem-solving skills, stamina, and a drive for transformation. They will also be able to develop innovative, user-focused, and engaging archives services. Some hybrid working is available within this role, with the requirement to attend the work-base alongside the rest of the team usually 4 days a week to support day-to-day operations.
