Office Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled Office Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Providing administrative support to the team
- Managing sales orders and customer queries
- Coordinating deliveries and managing stock
- Ensuring accurate processing and filing of documentation
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and customers
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be proactive and self-motivated, and have a keen eye for detail. They will be responsible for maintaining a professional image of the organisation, communicating effectively with colleagues and customers, and contributing to the overall success of the team.
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience. Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time 3-4 days per week (24-30 hours). Benefits include a competitive salary, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive work environment.
