Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records, coordinating service schedules, and assisting with larger projects. You'll also need to communicate effectively with colleagues, contractors, and suppliers. We're offering a competitive salary of approximately £22,000-£26,000 per year for this role.

To succeed in this position, you'll require:

  1. Maintaining accurate records for planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
  2. Organising health and safety training, managing PPE orders, and updating risk assessments.
  3. Supporting project planning by organising contractor meetings and managing documentation.
  4. Monitoring maintenance schedules and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
  5. Handling general administrative tasks, including payroll submissions, holiday schedules, and meeting coordination.
  6. Contributing to sustainability initiatives by tracking energy data and supporting related plans.
