As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in supporting young people aged 11-18 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) to develop socially, emotionally, and behaviourally in a safe and caring environment.
About the Role:- Provide individualized support and care to young people, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, staff, and external professionals.
- Contribute to a homely and friendly culture within the residential setting.
- Manage challenging behaviours in a safe and sympathetic manner.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of young people at all times.
- Experience working with young people, preferably in a residential care setting.
- Ability to commute to Ely, Cambridgeshire.
- Full UK manual driver's licence.
- Over 21 years old.
- Opportunity to complete the Level 4 Children & Young People qualification - fully funded.
- Free meals whilst on shift.
- Comprehensive Training Package including scheduled ongoing face-to-face training and CPD planning.
