About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Follow individual care plans and assist with medication

Job Description

Our Care Assistants are the extraordinary people who do the everyday things that mean so much to our clients. Supporting them to live safer and supported lives in their own homes, you will follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, helping clients to bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet and supporting them with their medication. You will also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes and housework.

Qualifications

You don't need any social care experience to apply for this role. We are more interested in your compassion and ability to care. You will need to be resilient too and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
