About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Littleport. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to an individual with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to the individual, including tracheostomy care and daily living tasks.
  • Assist with household chores, such as cooking and cleaning.
  • Encourage and support the individual to participate in activities and engage with their community.
  • Communicate effectively with the individual and other team members to ensure their needs are met.
  • Adhere to care plans and guidelines provided.

Requirements

  • Ability to effectively communicate with individuals requiring care.
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Empathy, patience, and compassion when interacting with individuals in need of support.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet varying care needs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
