Cobalt Consulting (UK) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Data Centre Portfolio Manager to join their Asset Management team. With billions of AUM under management, this role offers a unique opportunity to set and implement asset management strategies for Data Centres across the UK and Europe.

The successful candidate will be responsible for optimising performance and investment potential, working closely with the Head of Portfolio Management. Monthly and quarterly reporting, as well as integrating newly acquired assets into the business, are key aspects of this role.

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant degree in Real Estate or Economics and a minimum of 7 years' experience in Asset Management and Data Centres. Strong financial literacy, Excel skills, and proficiency in Yardi or similar software are essential.

Estimated salary: £120,000 - £150,000 per annum.
