Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Data Centre Technical Manager to lead our team of mobile engineers in managing a diverse portfolio of data centre and pharmaceutical sites.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technical professional to take ownership of a wide-reaching portfolio, leveraging their strong organisational skills and M&E background to drive success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of up to 10 engineers, ensuring efficient delivery of PPM and reactive maintenance tasks across multiple sites
  • Oversee a portfolio of sites, developing and implementing effective strategies to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high-quality service delivery and ensure seamless day-to-day operations
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working in critical environments (data centre, banking, pharmaceutical)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team management and stakeholder engagement
