About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Bidvest Noonan. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of site managers and supervisors, providing guidance and support to ensure delivery of high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the business.
Requirements
  • Hold a valid IOSH Managing Safety certificate.
  • Hold a Level 5 Management certificate or equivalent.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Able to work on client premises 5 days a week.
  • Able to attend sites on an ad-hoc basis to engage with out-of-hours colleagues.
