Business Development Lead

Zero Surplus, a renowned brand in the aviation/engineering sector, is seeking a Business Development Lead to oversee the management and growth of their Aviation Distributor network.
With over 90 years of growth and achievement, Zero Surplus employs over 65 people and provides an extensive range of electrical products and systems. They design and manufacture equipment for the Aviation and Rail industries with the flexibility to solve problems across power and distribution systems.
The successful Business Development Lead will take responsibility for managing, supporting, and growing their global distributor network, providing sales orders at profitable target levels that meet or exceed budget. The role involves international travel to identify and participate in relevant global industry networking events and exhibitions, and meeting partners when required. Experience selling finished mechanical/electrical goods via distribution networks is essential.
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Candidates can be located anywhere in the UK provided they can visit the office just outside London a minimum of twice a month.
