About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Sous Chef or Senior CDP looking for their next challenge. As a natural leader with a passion for producing quality fresh food, you'll champion excellent service and lead a team of talented chefs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety
  • Working closely with your Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials
  • Driving sales and delivering growth through engagement with both kitchen and front-of-house teams
  • Developing and implementing effective controls to maintain high GP and labour standards
