Our Vision
We're committed to serving the freshest, highest-quality ingredients, carefully crafted into dishes that showcase the best of British seasonality. Our menus are designed to evoke feelings of comfort and nostalgia, with a focus on indulgent and premium dining experiences.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a creative and passionate Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. As a natural leader, you'll be responsible for championing excellent service through quality food, leading and developing a team, and managing kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials
- Manage kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety
- Drive sales and deliver growth through engagement with kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain effective controls with regard to GP and labour
