Our menus are designed to evoke feelings of comfort and nostalgia, with a focus on premium dining experiences that exceed our guests' expectations.
The Role
We're seeking a talented and creative Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes, specials, and menus that drive sales and growth. Your passion for leading and developing a team will be essential in maintaining effective controls, managing staff rota, training, and health and safety.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef or Senior CDP who is a natural leader with a passion for producing quality fresh food in a welcoming environment. You'll need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, be proactive in driving sales and growth, and have a pro-active approach to maintaining effective controls.
