Australasian Recruitment Company Limited requires a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior VP Assistant to join their Investment Banking Division on a 6-month temporary assignment, likely to extend a further 6 months. The ideal candidate will have extensive diary management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities and tasks.

Junior VP Assistant Role:
  • Manage diaries and calendars for bankers, coordinating meetings and calls across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate room bookings for internal and external meetings and video conferences.
  • Manage high volumes of phone calls and emails, relaying information in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including visa applications, flight bookings, and expense management.
  • Take on ad-hoc tasks while maintaining workflow.
  • Support teams with day-to-day issues, needs, and queries.
  • Provide phone and holiday coverage for colleagues.
Junior VP Assistant Essentials:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with extensive diary management experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • A team player, flexible, and adaptable to work and support across multiple teams.
