We are seeking a skilled Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at Wellesley Road Care Service.

The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background and experience in supporting elderly service users, preferably those with dementia. They will be responsible for providing leadership to staff, managing resources, and maintaining high standards of care.

The Clinical Deputy Manager will work closely with the Registered Manager to deliver high-quality care and support to residents, promoting dignity, privacy, safety, independence, and equality & diversity. They will also be responsible for Infection Control implementation and audit, ensuring the smooth and effective running of the transitional unit and liaising with external health professionals.

The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise staff to achieve high standards of care. They will be committed to Shaw Healthcare's values and be passionate about delivering person-centred care.

  • Provide leadership to staff to deliver high-quality care and support to residents.
  • Manage resources and maintain high standards of care.
  • Work closely with the Registered Manager to deliver high-quality care and support.
