Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Mandeville. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through the development and implementation of comprehensive business development strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and market expansion.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with high-level clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts to management.
- 2+ years of experience working in a sales role within the telecoms industry.
- 5-6 years of experience working in a sales and target-driven role.
- Experience in B2B sales is essential.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
- Proficient in using CRM systems.
- A competitive salary of up to £40k + £40k OTE.
