About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Mandeville. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through the development and implementation of comprehensive business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and market expansion.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with high-level clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts to management.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience working in a sales role within the telecoms industry.
  • 5-6 years of experience working in a sales and target-driven role.
  • Experience in B2B sales is essential.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems.
