About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Social Impact Professional to join our team as a Graduate Trainee. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in audit, advisory services, and social sector expertise.

Job Description

The role will involve working on various projects, including audits, risk assessments, and financial statements. You will be responsible for gathering information, building relationships with clients, and delivering high-quality work products.

In Year 1, you will learn the basics of auditing, including preparing meticulous audit documents using the latest software and methodologies. You will also work side by side with clients, understanding their operations, challenges, and unique circumstances.

As you progress in Years 2 and 3, you will take on increasingly complex audit work, such as revenue recognition, valuation, and risk assessments. You will also take ownership of audit engagements, mentoring new team members and helping them to settle in and flourish.

Requirements
  • A strong academic record, with an undergraduate degree from a reputable institution.
  • A deep curiosity to learn new things and natural inquisitiveness.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide:
