Job Title: Highly Specialist Physiotherapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced physiotherapist to lead our outpatient team for children and young people. The successful candidate will have a strong background in paediatrics and be able to develop and implement innovative therapy services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the outpatient team and work closely with other team leads to ensure best care for patients and service users.
  • Maintain a high standard of clinical practice and provide frequent clinical supervision and training to the wider team.
  • Organise and prioritise own and others' workload across the service.
  • Develop and implement new initiatives in partnership with service users and networks.
  • Facilitate a continuous programme of quality assurance and improvement audits.

Requirements:
  • Advanced level of physiotherapy clinical knowledge and skill within paediatrics.
  • HCPC registration and CSP registration.
  • Proven clinical experience of working with patients and their families in delivery of physiotherapy treatment plans.
  • Excellent time management skills and enthusiastic and motivated.
