About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to lead our Outpatient Team in Children's Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative therapy services, providing clinical supervision and training to staff, and maintaining a high standard of clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Outpatient Team, working closely with other team leads to ensure best care for patients and service users.
  • Develop and implement individual care and treatment plans for children with a wide range of paediatric conditions.
  • Provide specialist advice and recommendations to staff, and participate in specific projects as directed.
  • Assess children for specialist equipment in the home and school, and recommend its purchase to relevant agencies.
  • Deputise for the Operational Lead in their absence, taking responsibility for the daily operational management of the team.
Requirements
  • Advanced level of physiotherapy clinical knowledge and skill within paediatrics.
  • HCPC registration and CSP registration.
  • Proven clinical experience of working with patients and their families in delivery of physiotherapy treatment plans.
  • Excellent time management skills and enthusiastic and motivated.
