Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to lead our Paediatric Physiotherapy team at County Durham & Darlington NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative therapy services, providing clinical supervision and training to the team, and maintaining a high standard of clinical practice.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the Paediatric Physiotherapy team and develop strategic and operational management of the service.
  • Provide clinical supervision and training to the team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
  • Develop and implement innovative therapy services, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure best practice.
  • Manage a clinical caseload of highly complex children and young people, working as an autonomous practitioner.
  • Collaborate with the Operational Lead to develop and implement clinical service policies and care pathways.
