Senior Physiotherapist

The County Durham & Darlington NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced physiotherapist to lead the outpatient team for children's services. As a Senior Physiotherapist - Paediatrics, you will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical services, managing a team of physiotherapists, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
Main Responsibilities
Develop and implement clinical services for children with complex conditions
Manage a team of physiotherapists, providing clinical supervision and training
Ensure the highest standards of patient care, maintaining a high standard of clinical practice
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
Participate in quality assurance and improvement audits, ensuring quality standards are met

Requirements
Advanced level of physiotherapy clinical knowledge and skill within paediatrics
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a team
Enthusiastic and motivated, with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
HCPC registration and CSP registration
Degree in Physiotherapy and further postgraduate training relevant to the post
