Up to £20.00 per hour

Our Physiotherapy team at Chester Grosvenor Hospital has an opportunity for a Bank Physiotherapist, working with our In-Patient Department. You will develop your skills and career with our support.

This role requires weekend and occasional weekday availability.

We believe in our people and help them develop their skills and progress their careers. You will be supported by your regional lead and have access to a local in-service training program and training events organised by the Nuffield Health Academy.

As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will:

  • Be compliant with all professional, clinical, and integrated governance standards and participate in clinical audit and other quality assurance processes.

Your Qualifications, Experience, Skills, and Values

You will have a BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent, be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council, and have evidence of further professional training and continual professional development.

You will be a confident communicator with excellent manual therapy skills, able to demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based practice.

It's equally important that you share our values, putting people first and providing personalised, holistic healthcare.

This is an exciting time for us, and it could be for you too. Our vision will help individuals achieve, maintain, and recover to the level of health and wellbeing they aspire to.

Key Employee Benefits

  • Nuffield Health is committed to equal opportunities in the recruitment, training, and development of our employees.
  • We have a duty to apply to the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) for disclosure on successful candidates.
  • Unfortunately, we do not sponsor candidates for our Senior Physiotherapy positions.
  • We may change the closing date if we receive a high number of responses for this role.

Supporting Your Growth

We are committed to the professional development of all our clinical colleagues. Inside our Learning and Development Academy, you will discover a range of internal CPD courses and online content to support your clinical and professional development.

As a Nuffield Health Physiotherapist, you will also enjoy opportunities to apply for funding support towards your relevant CPD activity and postgraduate study. Plus, you can access further professional development opportunities via the large number of apprenticeship programmes we offer.

Helping You Feel Good

We want you to love coming to work, feeling healthy, happy, and valued. That's why we've developed a benefits package with you in mind. From holiday in line with the Working Time Directive, access to our Pension Scheme, and discounted gym membership at £15.00 a month.

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.
