About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Physiotherapist to join our team as a Team Lead for our Outpatient Service. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of physiotherapy services for children and young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Outpatient Team and work closely with other Team Leads to ensure best care for patients and service users.
  • Develop and maintain a high standard of clinical practice, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for children with a wide range of paediatric conditions.
  • Provide clinical supervision and training to the wider team and ensure that staff are competent in the use of equipment and appliances.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement clinical service policies and care pathways.
  • Contribute to the education and appraisal of other staff, students, and postgraduate trainees.
Requirements
  • Advanced level of physiotherapy clinical knowledge and skill within paediatrics.
  • HCPC registration and CSP registration.
  • Experience of leading and participating in audit and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently throughout the county.
