Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at High Close School, a successful non-maintained special school providing day and residential provision for young people with complex Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat young people with complex needs
- Line manage and supervise an Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for young people
- Experience working with children and young people with complex needs
- Post-qualifying experience in Occupational Therapy
- Experience of supervision and management responsibilities
- Ability to work flexibly, including term-time only and additional hours during school holidays
