About the Role

  • You will assess, plan, and deliver occupational therapy interventions for patients in the community, working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to support rehabilitation and recovery.
  • Develop and implement tailored care plans to meet individual needs, providing advice and education to patients, families, and carers.
  • Manage a caseload, ensuring timely and effective interventions.

Requirements

">
  • You must hold HCPC registration as an occupational therapist and have proven experience in community-based occupational therapy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in managing complex caseloads is desirable.
