Occupational Therapist

Barnardo's is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at High Close School, a successful non-maintained special school providing day and residential provision for young people with complex Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.
Responsibilities:- Line manage and supervise an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Assess and treat young people at the school.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including Education, Therapy, and Care teams.
- Experience working with children and young people with Special Educational Needs.
- Post-qualifying experience (minimum 3 years) and supervision/management responsibilities.
- Flexible working options.
- Term-time only role with additional hours during school holidays.
- Paid day off on birthday after probationary period.
