Business Development Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of team KPI targets by securing new listing opportunities through proactive customer contact and assisting the manager in their absence with sales-related activities.
Key duties will include driving the sales process, attracting, winning and retaining business, and representing and promoting the company's brand values and core beliefs.
Additional responsibilities will include ensuring the timely completion of all administration duties, operating policies, processes and systems in line with company standards, and engaging and building relationships with branch managers across all divisions.
Main Areas of Responsibility:
- Generate valuations through proactive customer contact
- Cross-sell our products and services
- Liaise with branches to drive data loading in the absence of the manager
- Respond to branch queries as and when required
- Measure results and report on KPI and budget performance in the absence of the manager
- Ensure completion of administration tasks
- Maintain effective communication and relationships with colleagues within and outside of the division

What We Offer:
- Basic salary ranging from £24,000 to £25,000 per year, depending on sales experience
