About the Role

As a Field Account Manager at Rentokil Initial, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers, building relationships, and selling additional services. You will also work with key accounts to maximize sales and negotiate and close contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of circa 200 existing customers
  • Build relationships with customers and sell additional services
  • Work with key accounts to maximize sales
  • Negotiate and close contracts
  • Maintain an existing client/customer portfolio and present new products
  • Manage existing customer queries
  • Client relationship Management (Including debt and dispute resolution)
