The Digital Marketing Director is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of digital marketing strategies for a portfolio of clients. This role involves managing the performance of accounts, ensuring that campaigns are on track to meet client goals and identifying any issues that may impact performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management
    • Manage the day-to-day running of accounts, including budget management, performance monitoring, and task allocation.
    • Be the primary point of contact for clients, communicating daily activity and ongoing performance.
    • Work with clients to set key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns and ensure performance is monitored closely against client goals and contractual requirements.
    • Run performance-led channel activity to deliver exceptional results.
    • Ensure account optimization implementations have been completed.
    • Create weekly and monthly reports, quarterly business review (QBR) decks, and ad-hoc performance analysis.
  • Strategy Development
    • Work with the Account Director to create account strategies.
    • Maintain a resource planner/digital plan.
    • Create forecasts for client accounts.
    • Review and provide feedback on the work of team members to ensure correct levels of output and performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. They will be able to work collaboratively across the agency and with clients to deliver high-quality results.
