About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Director to join our team at Realtime Agency. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing client accounts, demonstrating strong client relationship management, and working to explicit budgets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Account Leadership: Lead and oversee client accounts, ensuring Realtime Agency is in a position to expand and maximize opportunities.
  • Strategic Advisory: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to clients, expanding our network within client organizations and fostering collaborative partnerships.
  • Quarterly Business Reviews: Coordinate and lead Quarterly Business Reviews, providing strategic insights and demonstrating value to your clients.
  • Campaign Strategy and Execution: Design innovative, large-scale paid campaigns across several platforms, including but not limited to Meta, Google Ads, and/or programmatic DSPs.
  • Team Management: Manage, support, and oversee operational teams responsible for the placement, optimization, testing, and execution of complex campaigns.
  • Process Development: Develop processes, structure, and services that add value to our existing clients and ensure client experience with RTA is best in class.
  • Business Development: Work collaboratively across teams to identify and present new opportunities/areas of growth that will help continue the development of client accounts through the paid channels.
  • Industry Innovation: Stay at the forefront of industry innovation and best practices, learn and grow your knowledge, and bring new findings and ideas to clients and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Performance Marketing Background: A performance marketing background, including hands-on-keyboard campaign activation experience.
  • Paid Advertising Experience: 7+ years of paid advertising experience (agency experience preferable).
  • Clients Across Multiple Industries: Experience with clients across multiple industries.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of success with social, programmatic, and search campaigns.
  • Account Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines.
  • Data Analysis: Experience with website and lead analytics (UTM tagging, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • Ad Platform Certifications: Ad platform certifications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office: Working knowledge of Microsoft office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Organizational Skills: Well-organized and flexible; able to move from project to project without delay.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
  • Digital Marketing: A passion for Digital Marketing and learning.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports.
