About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Regional Tribunal Delivery Manager. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for leading the Highland, Moray and Eilean Siar region, one of 9 regional CHS Area Support Teams across Scotland, and working alongside and supporting our volunteer community through change and transition.

You will be expected to lead and manage a team of staff and volunteers to deliver high-quality services across a dedicated region in Scotland, and will be responsible for implementing the Children's Care & Justice Act and future Hearings for Children reforms.

The ideal candidate will have experience of guiding and supporting others through continuous improvement projects, with a track record of using data to manage team improvements. They will also be an excellent communicator, able to build links and networks across teams, and will be digitally literate with experience of using digital systems.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a generous benefits package, including hybrid working, flexi hours, and a fantastic pension scheme.
