Job Summary

As a Family Safeguarding Therapist, you will provide vital therapeutic support to parents and carers in Walsall.

We are seeking an experienced therapist to join our Family Safeguarding Mental Health Team, where you will work closely with vulnerable adults and children.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience and qualifications in delivering therapeutic interventions and hold essential driving skills for this role.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions on a 1-2-1 basis and within groups to support parents and carers.
  • Collaborate with adults with complex needs to address their mental health and wellbeing concerns.
  • Clinical provision including assessments, formulations, and time-limited interventions within the Family Safeguarding Mental Health Team.
  • Develop tailored interventions based on individual mental health needs.
Requirements
  • Experience and qualifications in delivering therapeutic interventions.
  • Essential driving skills for this role.
Working Conditions

This role combines office and community-based work, with all therapeutic appointments taking place face-to-face in Walsall.
