Front Office Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at RBH Hospitality Management. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the front desk team to provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Act as a Duty Manager on a rota basis, overseeing the hotel's operations and making decisions to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty, working closely with the hotel's management team.
- Train and develop the front desk team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and analyze guest feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with guests, colleagues, and external partners.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a positive and flexible attitude.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
