Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at RBH Hospitality Management. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the front desk team to provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Act as a Duty Manager on a rota basis, overseeing the hotel's operations and making decisions to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty, working closely with the hotel's management team.
  • Train and develop the front desk team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with guests, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a positive and flexible attitude.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
