Job Title: Learning and Development Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Business Partner to join our team at Connells Group UK. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing targeted learning solutions that enhance the skills of our partner function teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Delivery of Learning Strategy: Collaborate with the Director of Learning and Development – Central Functions and Lender Services to design and deliver a comprehensive learning and development strategy for Central Functions and Lender Services.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with central function leaders and People Business Partners to understand business priorities, challenges, and skill gaps, ensuring functional learning initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
  • Learning Enablement: Empower all colleagues across central functions to access learning opportunities and continue to learn and develop both professionally and personally.
  • Evaluation and ROI: Evaluate and report consistently on all interventions, providing periodic reviews on expected ROIs.
  • Culture of Learning: Support the drive of a culture of learning, continuous personal learning and development, and high performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on supporting commercial or customer-facing business functions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong background in stakeholder management, partnering with leaders to identify learning needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Learning Program Design: Experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs, including blended and digital learning initiatives.
  • Change Agent: A strong team player who can work cross-functionally with commercial/operational teams and senior leaders, providing support and guidance to others within the team.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and manage conflicting deadlines.
