- Design and Delivery: Experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs, including blended and digital learning initiatives.
- Embedding Learning: Experience and clear understanding of how to embed learning using various techniques.
- Learning Interventions: Experience in creating learning interventions using social, digital, and face-to-face learning techniques.
- Pre/Post Evaluation: Experience in implementing pre/post evaluation.
- Team Player: A strong team player who can work cross-functionally with commercial/operational teams and senior leaders.
- Change Agent: Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment with the ability to pivot and respond to emerging business needs.
- Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills with an ability to work well under pressure and manage conflicting deadlines.
- Methodical and Detail-Oriented: Methodical and detail-oriented when required.
