Job Title: Primary SEN Support Worker Opportunity

Location:

Edwalton, NG2, Nottingham

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Primary SEN Support Worker to join our team at Link 3 Recruitment. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to support students with special educational needs in a primary school setting and make a positive impact on their lives.

About the Role:

  • Support students with special educational needs in a primary school environment
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Assist with lesson planning and delivery to ensure inclusive learning experiences for all students

Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional support and encouragement to students with special educational needs
  • Assist with adapting curriculum materials to meet the needs of students with disabilities
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement transition plans for students with complex needs

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Rlevant qualifications or training in SEN support is advantageous
