Job Description:

The Head of Insight and Analytics will lead a team of five and be responsible for developing data-driven initiatives that align with our organisation's goals. This includes expanding our insight and analytics work across all areas, ensuring we remain at the forefront of using data and insights to inform our campaigning, fundraising, digital initiatives, and volunteer organising.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need substantial technical proficiency and analytical expertise with CRM systems and customer and supporter data. You should also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to drive change and transformation while inspiring and influencing others.

What We Offer:

">

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, based on experience, and a hybrid working model that allows for a balance of office-based and remote work. You will be required to work from our office in Islington 40% of your time, with a minimum of 20% required.
