About the Role
As a Data Analytics Leadership Specialist at Lane Clark & Peacock, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on delivering high-quality projects across various pharmaceutical sectors, managing project teams and coordinating study design and protocol development where necessary.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert on projects and engagements across the breadth of Health Analytics team and LCP's wider services.
- Develop new services, thought leadership, and proposals to drive business growth, leveraging your expertise and track record to extend the capabilities of the current Health Analytics offering.
- Contribute to LCP HA's increasing thought leadership work to position LCP as unique thought partners to support commercial growth through working with pharmaceutical clients and stakeholders such as HTA bodies.
- Generate new opportunities through thought leadership and/or early engagement with prospects, leveraging existing contacts across the life science sector and upselling/cross-selling on existing clients/prospects through projects you lead.
- Cultivate culture and people development within the Health Analytics Leadership team, contributing to the development of the team and supporting HEOR and Market Access service area leads in training and development.
Requirements
- More than 10 years of experience in the healthcare, life sciences or consulting industries, with a track record of leading teams in delivering innovative work in fast-paced environments.
- An excellent grounding in real-world evidence with a desire to apply quantitative skills and rigorous science to solving real-world problems in health.
- A demonstrable track record in prospecting and successful business development, commitment to providing excellent service to clients and experience in leading consulting engagements.
- Excellent communication skills along with good presentation skills and ability to explain complex issues to others.
- Familiarity with real-world health data sources and experience of programming (e.g., R, Python) is desirable.
- Ability to manage work and coordinate the work of multi-disciplinary teams with ease.

- An attractive estimated salary range of £85,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
