Unqualified SEN Learning Support Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our team at Active SEN school as a learning support assistant. As a learning support assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and contributing to their academic success.
About the Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and organized classroom environment, contributing to record-keeping, and promoting inclusivity among pupils. They will also provide teaching and learning support using suitable technical resources as required and support students with SEN and additional needs by fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere.
Requirements:
- A strong commitment to providing exceptional educational support services.
- An ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive student information.
- Familiarity with SEN practices and strategies is highly desirable.
- Able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and priorities.
Salary Information: The salary range for this position is £80-£100 per day, dependent on experience.
