At Randstad Education, we have an exciting opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to join our team in Reigate. As a highly skilled and experienced individual, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a primary school setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Monitor and report on children's progress

Requirements:
  • GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
  • Experience working with children with SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
