Job Title: Unqualified SEN Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment by ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
  • Contribute to record-keeping by documenting observations of pupils throughout the school day.
  • Effectively communicate knowledge and understanding of students to other school staff members.
  • Promote inclusivity by encouraging participation of all pupils in learning and extracurricular activities.
  • Provide teaching and learning support using appropriate technical resources as needed.
  • Support students with SEN and additional needs by fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.

Requirements:

  • You will need to have a strong commitment to providing exceptional educational support services.
  • A positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
  • You should be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive student information.
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Familiarity with SEN practices and strategies is highly desirable.

Salary Information: The salary range for this position is £80-£100 per day, dependent on experience.
