SEN Teaching Assistant

We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate individual to fill the role of SEN Teaching Assistant at Active SEN. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs.
Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining a well-organized and safe classroom environment, contributing to record-keeping, and communicating with colleagues to ensure seamless student support.
In addition to these duties, you will have the opportunity to promote inclusion, provide learning support, and support students with additional needs. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment that encourages professional growth and development.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a dynamic environment
- Experience working with children with special needs (desirable)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
The estimated salary for this role is £88 per day, based on industry standards and location.
