SEN Teaching Assistant

Job Description:
Active SEN is seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Reigate. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs and additional requirements.
Responsibilities include maintaining a safe and organized classroom environment, contributing to record-keeping, and communicating student information to other school staff. You will also be responsible for promoting inclusion by encouraging participation in learning and extracurricular activities.
Requirements:- Experience working with students with special educational needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
