Teaching Assistant for Children with Disabilities

Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated and caring Teaching Assistant to join our team at this popular SEN school in Reigate. As a Learning Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position working as a Teaching Assistant in a supportive environment. You will work with students who require additional support due to their disabilities and help them access the curriculum. You will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment, developing relationships with students and helping them build their confidence and self-esteem.

Requirements:
- A passion for supporting young people with special needs.
- An ability to communicate effectively with students, parents and colleagues.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
