Chef De Partie Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef De Partie to join our client, a prestigious luxury hotel based in the UK. This exciting opportunity offers a great salary and an excellent benefits package, including a company pension scheme, enhanced company sick pay, and comprehensive online courses and apprenticeships.

As a Chef De Partie, you will assist the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in the preparation and service of food for all outlets, including the restaurant, bar, cafe, staff restaurant, and event catering. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene at all times.

Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel or restaurant environment is desirable.
  • A minimum of two years experience as a Demi Chef de Partie.
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 Culinary/Chef qualification.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
