About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the administrative functions of our ward at Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust. As a Ward Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including data entry, typing, scanning, and uploading to clinical systems.
  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, and manage the ordering of stationery and other procurement requests.
  • Handle calls, face-to-face liaison with service users, carers, and colleagues, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records, and perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Experience of working in a busy office or reception environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft systems, including data inputting and similar work.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
